Please keep your donations coming

Thanks to everyone who has donated to this year’s Give A Gift campaign so far but we still need more presents.

The appeal makes a huge difference to struggling families across South Holland and Boston, ensuring children who wouldn’t get a present have something to open on Christmas Day.
The Spalding and South Holland Voice has once again teamed up with district councillor, firefighter and businessman Harry Drury to launch the appeal.
This year we have also joined Mark Le Sage, founder of Ella’s Project, to make the appeal even bigger and better.
Through Mark’s partnership with Lord’s Collectables, we will be able to accept monetary donations for the first time.
We’ll be delighted if you decide to support the appeal but ask you please not to gift wrap your present – they need to be assessed to ensure children receive suitable toys.
Give A Gift helps ensure less fortunate children aged between three and 14 years old have a gift to open on
Christmas Day.
All presents will go to South Holland and Boston Child Services to distribute in time for Christmas.
This year we are grateful to have two new businesses on board – Spalding Travel and Spalding’s Nat West, which are both collection points and will also be collecting change which will be used to buy chocolate selection boxes.
Collection points this year are: DGG Property Consultants, Pinchbeck Road, Spalding; Spalding Fire Station, West Elloe Avenue (go to the reception door or leave gifts in the porch); Courtyard Footcare, Health and Beauty, 66 Swan Street, Spalding, Sainsbury’s, Holland Market, Spalding, Nat West, Market Place, Spalding and Spalding Travel.
