Simpsons Butchers – one of Britain’s elite – opens Spalding shop

Simpsons counter1The very best in butcher’s shops will be unveiled in Spalding on Friday (Oct 3).

Award-winning Simpsons Butchers, which is setting the benchmark for top-notch products and service, opens in Hall Place.
Customers will benefit from the widest range of the best pies, pastries and cooked meats, with more lines such as hot baps and sandwiches to follow soon. Fresh wild game will be stocked shortly too.
Simpsons Butchers prides itself on having some of the cleanest, smartest and well-stocked butcher’s shops in the country. Its latest premises has had a £220,000 refurbishment – everything in the modern interior is brand new with stunning top of the range serve over counters.

Owner Gary Simpson said: “We stock every cut of meat from the very basic to the more contemporary.
“We pride ourselves on buying the best raw materials so we can make the best products – and with no waste on our products you get what you pay for.
“We want people totally happy and returning as regular customers, knowing that they are getting the very best in quality, price and advice.”

Pop into the shop on Friday or Saturday and savour some of the testers from the wide range of tasty products. There will be lots of special opening offers too.
“Come and try us – you won’t be disappointed,” said Gary. “With us you get quality, provenance and good customer service.
“We can quickly put together a large order but we cater for all requirements so it’s fine if you just want a couple of sausages.”

Customers can be assured that only the best, top quality, locally sourced products are used. The flavoursome beef, lamb and pork is supplied by A Wright and Son in Boston and the poultry is from Norfolk.
Gary added: “We have won countless awards for several of our homemade products and are proud to be at the forefront of new exciting innovation ideas in the UK butchery sector.”

The popularity of Simpsons Butchers has led to the Spalding shop being the third to open this year. Gary also has premises in Lincoln, Stamford, Sleaford and Heckington – the first shop, which he opened as a 20-year-old in 2000.
All customers are eligible to benefit from a free loyalty card scheme, with the option to save for times like Christmas. More than 2,200 cards have already been issued since its launch in May.

Gary said: “With Christmas not too far away now why not come and try us and make us your number one choice for your weekly shop?”
