Training firm celebrates 500th young apprentice

Steadfast Training Ltd are celebrating their “500th Young Apprentice”.

Matthew Tyrell, a previous Spalding Grammar School pupil, joined Roythornes Solicitors to undertake a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

He said: “I am pleased to be undertaking an apprenticeship at a solicitors with a good reputation, to help my employment opportunities in the future, whilst getting paid to learn.

“The support I have received from Steadfast Training Ltd has been great and they have guided me through every step of the apprenticeship programme with a friendly and professional nature.”

Roythornes Solicitors, one of the largest firms of solicitors in the East of England, will provide Matthew with an excellent foundation to start his career.

Steadfast Training Ltd works closely with schools and employers to offer apprenticeships ranging from business administration, social media and digital marketing to health and social care.

The company was established in 2005; based in Spalding, and now operates nationally with 42 employees across the country as a prime contractor for the Skills Funding Agency, delivering in excess of £3million contracts for apprenticeships and programmes supporting the unemployed.
