LETTER: I agree over new laws

I agree with Neil Bingham about the new cyclist laws.
I followed two men on bikes from Donington nearly to Surfleet.
I have seen them before and they always ride in single file but since the law changed at the end of January they now ride two abreast and are hogging the middle of the road.
The people who have made these rules obviously don’t ride bikes.
I am sure like a lot of people, I say if it works why change it?
They are definitely out of touch and it’s a pity they haven’t anything else to do.
