New smart TV for Sense

Users of the Sense centre at West Pinchbeck will be able to enjoy a smart TV thanks to a donation from Spalding Lions.

The Lions have donated £750 to the Sense UK Recourse Centre at Glenside, to enable them to purchase a smart TV for their sensory room.

This will allow them to connect directly into their network of training support programs for individual learning sessions.

The presentation was made by Lion President Eileen Robson and Lion Richard Briers to Daniel Constable who will be using the equipment.

Vicki Wright, centre manager, said they were pleased to accept the cheque on behalf of Sense UK who wish to continue to develop strong relationships and working together with local organisations.
