Heavy fines over 2019 anti-social behaviour in Spalding town centre

A number of people who dropped litter, drank, spat or urinated in Spalding town centre in 2019 are hundreds of pounds out of pocket after court hearings last week.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on May 10 heard a number of cases of people who had failed to pay the on the spot fines for the anti-social behaviour handed out by South Holland District Council’s Community Wardens.

Instead they’ll face a much bigger financial hit. They are:

  • Aldea Adrian (55), of Havelock Street, Spalding, was proven to have dropped a cigarette butt on November 21, 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. A total of £335.
  • Lukas Davidonys (19), of Juniper Close, Spalding, dropped a cigarette on the floor on November 14, 2019.
    Fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim services surcharge.
  • Daniel Robert O’Rourke (31), of McLaren Gardens, Spalding, drank alcohol outside on September 7, 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £110 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
  • Ingrida Pikelyte (35), of Station Street, Spalding, littered on the floor outside of Hughes on October 19, 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim services surcharge.
  • Siwester Rzechuia (32), of Chestnut Avenue, Spalding, urinated outside Hughes on October 19, 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim services surcharge.
  • Giedrius Sipavucus (41), of Little London, spat on the floor outside of The Priors Oven pub on November 21, 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £110 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
  • Marek Sornek (45), of Chestnut Avenue, Spalding, urinated outside of Hughes on Station Street on October 19, 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £110 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
  • Peter Vladimirov (28), of Cross Street, Spalding, spat on the floor outside Boots on December 6 2019. Fined £220, ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
  • Max Cook (20), of Brownlow Crescent, Pinchbeck, dropped a cigarette on the floor outside Lloyds on December 13, 2019. Fined £40, ordered to pay £40 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
