It’s good to see Lincolnshire Highways have started to wake up and listen to the call of the locals by using common sense regarding the A16/B1166 (Radar Junction).
This was nothing short of being a stupid and ridiculous idea.
Is it now time the highly paid Richard Davies and The Lincolnshire Highways Department sat down and spoke to the local district and parish councils – if it’s not lowering themselves to much to speak to the local road users for their ideas?
A start could be flashing staggered warning signs each way of the junction on the A16, try making the junction more visible and not so confusing!
Let’s get something done now, not wait for more major accidents or fatalities. Why wait another ten plus years?
I can remember the local MP Sir John Hayes seven plus years ago telling me ‘something will be done about it!’
It still looks like, money before lives.
