Tuesday football: Defeats for both Spalding United and Pinchbeck United

Spalding United slipped to a fourth defeat on the spin as Chasetown handed them a 3-0 home reverse on Tuesday night, while Pinchbeck United went down 2-1 at Shepshed Dynamo.

The Tulips are now 16th in BetVictor NPL South East Division after goals from Jimmy O’Neill (35) and George Cater (84 & 87) at the Sir Halley Stewart Playing Field.

Pinchbeck, meanhile, are five points from safety in the Uhlsport UCL Premier Division.

Jake Betts put title favorites Dynamo ahead on 33 minutes, but the Knights pulled themselves level just before the break when Ndreqim Krashiqi netted a superb long-range free-kick.
