£6,000 grant for Long Sutton Market House door improvements

Long Sutton’s Market House Community Centre has received a £6,000 community development grant from Lincolnshire County Council and South Holland District Council.

It will go towards the cost of replacing the wagon arch door at the rear of the building in the same style and colour, but in aluminium and with double glazing.

Jeanne Sibley, the development officer and centre manager, explained: “This will really improve the comfort for those using the the large attractive Corn Exchange room. It will cut out draughts and make the door easier to open by both users and volunteers.”
