Pupils from years 3,4 and 5 from Holbeach Primary School have celebrated their success in creative writing.
Pupils were asked to write creative and imaginative stories about a superhero for the Young Writers’ Let’s get Writing Superhero Stories competition.
Forty different stories written by pupils from the school were selected for publication in the book Superhero Stories – East Midland Tales, which is due for publication in September.
Pupils each received a bookmark and certificate from the Young Writers team to recognise their achievement.
A school spokesman said: “All our staff are absolutely thrilled that so many of our pupils have achieved a standard worthy of publication.”
