Work by open arts winner on display

Paintings by a Spalding artist who won the public vote at this year’s South Holland Open Arts competition can be admired at Ayscoughfee Hall.

A selection of work by Dina Perejogina is on display in the Geest Gallery at the historic venue throughout June.

The work includes paintings of farm animals from the South Holland area as well as animals from across the globe.

Earlier this year Dina’s painting ‘Head Strong’ which depicted a striking brown bull captured the admiration of visitors to the annual competition, which was held at the South Holland Centre in Spalding.

This was the second time that Dina had triumphed in the contest – back in 2014 her painting of three brown piglets peering over a fence also won the public vote.
