Women’s charity supported by Inner Wheel

A charity that helps victims of domestic abuse has been given a cash boost by the charitable efforts of the Spalding Inner Wheel.

An Inner Wheel spokesman said: “Following a very interesting and informative talk given by Sarah Smith regarding her work with SoLDAS / Boston Women’s Aid Charity, Inner Wheel President Carole Cooke presented her with a cheque for £350 from monies raised during her presidential year.

“This charity, chosen by President Carole, has supported victims of domestic abuse and their families for over 30 years.”
