Who are your NHS community trust heroes?

Help celebrate the efforts of our local NHS community trust by putting staff and volunteers forward for the Celebrating Success Awards 2023.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) is seeking nominations from patients and their loved ones to celebrate and recognise the achievements of its staff.
The Trust provides community-based health care services across the county including Spalding’s Johnson Hospital.
The Trust is inviting members of the public and their carers to nominate their NHS superstars in two categories: People’s Award and Volunteer of the Year Award.
Nominations can be submitted by going to the trust’s website, calling 01522 309751 or emailing [email protected] to request a hard copy form.
Nominations are open until Thursday, 31 August 2023.
