Whaplode Drove Oktoberfest will have plenty of ‘oompah’

The Elizabethan Centre in Whaplode Drove is getting set to host its own Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 23.
After being a success last year it’s back for 2023 as are the ‘Oompah’ Band, ‘Der Huffunpuffers’ coming from Milton Keynes.
On the menu this year there will be guest beers to try and a vast array of authentic German food, great live music and a massive serving of fun and silliness.
Starting at 7.30pm, the event runs till late.
Tickets are £20 and this includes the first Stein or whatever your tipple is, food and entertainment.
