  • There’s something for everyone at the QV Foods funday this Sunday.

The event takes place at Holbeach United Football Club from noon to 6pm.

Attractions include a rodeo bull, a 60ft assault course, kids’ and adult’s bouncy castles and a penalty shoot-out.

There will be dance, Zumba and kickboxing displays, live music, charity stalls and face painting.

Refreshments on offer include a barbecue with burgers and hot dogs, an ice cream van and hot doughnuts.

Admission is £3 for adults and £2 for under 15s which includes unlimited use of the rodeo bull and inflatables.

  • Spalding’s St Norbert’s Primary School is holding a summer fair on Saturday from 2pm-4pm.

Attractions include a Spitfire flypast, a climbing wall, electric cars and tombolas.

  • There will be a summer dance and buffet organised by the Royal British Legion at Spalding Services Club tomorrow night (Friday).

Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start and there will be live music from Streetwise.

The event is aid of the Spalding branch of the Royal British Legion and there will be a raffle in aid of the Poppy Appeal.

  • Spalding chamber choir Cantemus will be performing at Long Sutton St Mary’s Church on Wednesday (July 9).

The free concert starts at 8pm and there will be a retiring collection in aid of the church.
