Water Taxi is back for 2026

The award winning Spalding Water Taxi is back and launching on Easter Saturday (April 4).

One of the town’s top attractions will return to its waterways from April until the end of September.
Once again there will be the regular service ferrying people regularly between Spalding town centre and Springfields.
The first boats leave the town centre at 11am Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the journey between the two takes about 40 minutes.
The full time table is at www.spaldingwatertaxi.co.uk
There is also the option to hire boats throughout the season.
The attraction is supported by Broadgate Homes with Anthony Grunwell overseeing everything.
“‘The Water Taxi is back again this year,” he said. “This award winning, not for profit company once again is ready to delight our customers both locally and further afield.
“Whether it is the taxi service connecting Spalding to Springfield’s and vice versa or a self-drive hire, we are always ready to hear from you and help in any way we can.
“Our ‘Excellence in Customer Care and Service’ award for the second time is justly deserved.
“Our staff are here to help.”
For further details about the taxi service or self drive boats you can contact Anthony on 07740 664017.”
