Walkover win against Buxton sends Spalding RFC into the top six

Spalding RFC climbed into the top six of Midlands Three East (North) after picking up a walkover win against Buxton.

The visitors didn’t fulfil their scheduled game at the Memorial Field on Saturday, meaning Town took maximum points.

Amazingly, the Elephants are now just five points off third place – with their relegation fears now firmly behind them.
