Walk in memory of dad

A councillor whose dad took his own life is holding his annual walk to mark Suicide Prevention Awareness this Sunday (September 28).

Coun Mark Le Sage, who has set up The Rightside Trust and Ella’s Project charities will be carrying out a 30-minute walk starting from Ayscoughfee Cafe after meeting at 10.15am.

“It’s an opportunity for us to get together and reflect in the beautiful surroundings of Ayscoughfee Hall,” said Mark, who lost his dad Malcolm 26 years ago.
