Village Heritage Day

There’s a look back into the history of Gosberton this Saturday (October 12).
The Gosberton and District Local History Society is holding its Heritage Day from 10am to 4pm in various location in the village.
It will be centred around the Public Hall.
As well a host of displays of local history, there will be guided tours of the village, a chance to meet the researchers and Bygone Gosberton gifts for sale.
Refreshments will also be served there throughout the day.
Admission is £2 but children under 16 get free entry.
A spokesman for the Gosberton and District Local History Society, said: “Whether you are a lifelong resident or just new to the area, there will be lots to learn about Gosberton, Clough and Risegate’s fascinating history.”
