Village gets a defibrillator

A defibrillator has been installed which could save a life in Holbeach Drove.

It has been put at Holbeach Drove Garage using the ward council budgets of Paul Redgate and Allan Beal with the help of Peter Howden.
Coun Redgate said: “Holbeach Drove didn’t have a defib in the village, and was one of the only areas in our ward which wasn’t covered.
“We had been approached by local residents for one as the nearest is either Whaplode Drove or Gedney Hill.
“It’s important that the village has access to one as the time to get one can make such a difference.”
