Views sought on pharmacies

Healthwatch Lincolnshire is seeking views on patients use of pharmacy services.

Measures came in recently encouraging people to use pharmacies instead of GPs for conditions such as sore throats and colds.
Healthwatch Lincolnshire has now launched a survey asking for people’s experiences of using them.
“This will support the health and care system to ensure that people’s experiences are included in discussions about pharmaceutial services in the county,” a Healthwatch spokesman said.
“By exploring the accessibility and quality of pharmacy services, including the Pharmacy First scheme, we aim to involve more residents in conversations about their health and well-being.
“We are interested in hearing about your experiences with pharmacy services, such as obtaining medications, access to pharmaceutical advice, experiences with the Pharmacy First scheme and the quality of care provided.”
The survey is available online at www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/KAD58Q/ or you can request one from 01205 820892 or email info@healthwatchlincolnshire.co.uk
