A delighted Spalding woman has won a new car – along with £30,000 cash.
Nicola Elphick will be sharing her good fortune with a friend who needs a hip replacement.
She won a Renault Sport Megane which will replace her ageing Toyota which she’s had for more than 20 years.
She said she was ‘stunned’ by her win with online competition company BOTB.
“My friend is in desperate need of a hip replacement, I’ll definitely be helping her out to pay for that and I think some golf days are on the cards too,” she said.
She had been playing online with BOTB for several years.
The 64-year-old winner was bowled over by her win, especially when presenter Christian Williams revealed there was £10,000 in cash waiting for her in the boot of her new car.
“I have never had a sporty car like this before, it’s so modern and gorgeous – I can’t wait to drive it.” she said.
