Veterans’ champion needs a driver

Military veterans fundraiser and supporter Harold Payne is looking for help for a trip to Normandy.
Harold, of Anglia Motel, Fleet Hargate, has raised tens of thousands of pounds for military charities. He has also created a memorial garden in his village and ensured Holbeach had parade for the Armistice anniversary last year.
He wants to lay flowers and wreaths in Normandy but is no longer able to drive the long distance due to recent illness.
He is looking for someone to drive his vehicle for the trip from June 3 to June 7.
While there, Harold will be planning next year’s 80th anniversary of D Day.
If anyone can help Harold, contact him by email only at [email protected] with your contact details.
