Twolips Ball raised £3,000

Spalding Rotary Club enjoyed another huge success at its annual “Twolips” Charity Ball at Springfields Events Centre recently.

As always, the Rotary team, headed up by Sarah Prior, a long-time friend of Rotary, produced a stunning evening in an ideal venue, with Zebra providing the music that followed a three-course meal, auction and raffle.
Sarah said “I was delighted with the success of the evening and pleased that so many people came and shared in this.
“Once again Spalding Rotary is grateful for the sponsorship from David Spenceley, and for all the many others who kindly made donations together with those who generously donated prizes and items for the gift tree.
“Not forgetting all the guests who filled the tables and soaked up the atmosphere.
“We can report that approximately £3,000 was raised for rotary charities on the evening.
“Zebra were wonderful as usual, everyone had a great time, and worthy causes will benefit from the much-needed funds raised on the evening.”
