Two Spalding district councillors hold first surgery for residents

South Holland district councillors Harry Drury and Jack McLean will be hosting their first surgery on Saturday, July 11.

Jack McLean Harry DruryBoth Spalding members will be hosting the same surgery at Broad Street Business Centre (10am to 2pm) over eight-week intervals. This year they can also be visited on September 5 and October 31.

Coun McLean (St John’s) said: “Both myself and Coun Drury share similar concerns for our wards and the district as a whole. We work very well together in our roles on the council, therefore it was an easy decision to combine our ward surgeries.”

Coun Drury (St Mary’s) said: “I am delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to residents who live in the ward in which I was elected, and believe that this is an ideal opportunity for residents to meet face to face with both Coun McLean and myself to discuss issues in which they would like advice or representation.”
