Two new PCSOs for South Holland and Jo’s inspector role is made permanent

Two new Police Community Support Officers for South Holland have started their beats.

PCSO Jack Craft will become a familiar face on the Spalding estates and PCSO Tracey Abbott has begun her role in Crowland.

They started their new positions last week – just as Jo Reeves’ role as South Holland community policing inspector was made permanant.

Insp Reeves welcomed Jack and Tracey to their roles and also commented on her own good news.
After being acting inspector since March, it will be very much business as usual and give her the chance to implement some of the ideas she has been working on.

She said: “I’m pleased to hear that I’m going to be in the role permanently.
“I’m looking forward to developing plans within the area and increasing visibility and contact with the public.”

Insp Reeves had been acting inspector since previous incumbent Jim Tyner was promoted to acting chief inspector for East Lindsey. His role was made permanent in June.
