Two people have been charged with a number of offences involving Class A drugs after being arrested in Spalding.
Mohammed Moussa and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were both arrested in on November 14.
A total of 48 wraps of heroin, more than 56g of crack cocaine and £1,345 in cash was seized following the arrests.
The men were subsequently charged with a number of offences, and appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court yesterday, November 15.
Mohammed Moussa, aged 18, of Blundell Close, Nottingham, was charged with:
- Being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.
- Being concerned in the supply of heroin.
- Acquiring, using, possessing criminal property.
- Possession with intent to supply crack cocaine.
- Possession with intent to supply heroin.
The 17-year-old, also from Nottingham, was charged with:
- Being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.
- Being concerned in the supply of heroin.
- Acquiring, using, possessing criminal property
- Possession with intent to supply crack cocaine.
- Possession with intent to supply heroin.
Both have been remanded in custody to appear at Lincoln Crown Court for a pre-trial hearing in December.
Detective Sergeant Dan McCormack said: “Drug dealing and drugs on our streets will not be tolerated. We will take action against anyone dealing in, selling or producing drugs.
“We work with other agencies to make Lincolnshire the safest and healthiest county to live, work and visit by reducing the harms and supply of illicit drugs in our communities.”
