A group has taken over control of Sutton Bridge Parish Council.
Sutton Bridge Deserves Better picked up nine of the 11 seats available after 24 candidates came forward.
Only district councillors Michael Booth and Chris Brewis were non-members of the group voted on.
Among those not elected were former chair Anne Scarlett and vice chair Rachael Goodwin while Olympian and coastguard Aaron Heading was also unable to get enough votes to get on the council.

“We are passionate about living here and we are committed to making Sutton Bridge an even better place to live, work and visit.
“Whether you voted for us or not, we are dedicated to working for the community as a whole, and we are excited to get things moving!”
