Three girls injured in collision with car

A teenage girl has been left with potentially life-changing injuries following an incident in Sutton Bridge yesterday (Wednesday).

The girl was one of three pedestrains who were involved in a collision with a car on the A17 at around 6.20pm.

Her injuries are thought to be potentially life-changing, but not life-threatening.

The bridge was closed and the three girls, who are all of secondary school age, were taken to hospital.

The collision is believed to have happened just the other side of Sutton Bridge, in the Norfolk direction.

No arrests have been made and Lincolnshire Police say the investigation is ongoing.

They are appealing for anyone who has dashcam footage at the time of the collision to call them on 101, quoting incident 416 of 24 May.
