Bad Girls – The Musical
South Holland Centre, Spalding
From today (Thursday) until Saturday, 7.30pm
Box office: 01775 764777

The play is performed by Spalding Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society.

Set in HMP Larkhall, this is the story of new wing governor Helen Stewart and her battles with old guard Jim Fenner and his sidekick Sylvia Hollamby, as well as the developing love story between Helen and inmate Nikki Wade.

A tragic death on the wing – in which Fenner is implicated – leads to an angry protest from the women. But when Helen stands to lose her job over Fenner’s misdeeds, the women try to nail Jim once and for all.

The musical features core characters from the first three series and is very much a musical full of adult themes, situations and emotions.
