Lincoln Arms A extended their lead at the top of the Hereward Sports Pinchbeck & District League with an impressive 24-3 home win against Consti Club B.
Jimmy Tenno was the outstanding player with two 180s, a 103 checkout and 14 and 18-dart legs. In the pairs with Paul Blow he had an 18-dart leg. There was also a 116 finish for Jake Merrill in his 2-1 singles win.
Services Club B maintained second spot in Division A with a 19-8 home win against Lincoln Arms C.
Tony Clark had a 106 finish for the Services but it was Steve Bright who shone for Lincoln, being their only winner, beating Colin Beckett 3-0.
Consti Club C kept their hopes alive of second spot with a 15-12 win at Lincoln Arms D. Jacob Herd had an 18-dart leg in his 3-0 singles win. Dan Gent had a 100 checkout for the Lincoln in his 2-1 singles victory.
Pinchbeck FC came out on top with a 16-11 win against Green Dragon A.
The top two teams in Division B went head to head with leaders Drayman’s Arms B coming out 16-11 victors against Royal Mail Cart. There was a 180 for Drayman’s Phil Newton.
Third-placed Green Dragon Z had a good 20-7 win at home to Drayman’s Arms A. Finley Rodgers hit a 180 in his 3-0 pairs win with Dean Peacock and continued this form for a 3-0 singles win.
Consti Club D had a convincing 22-5 win against an understrength Services Club A. John Robinson hit a 171 for the Consti side.
There was a close game at Green Dragon C where Consti Club A took the spoils, winning 14-13 thanks to a leg in the last match by Mark Culy, although losing 2-1 to Alex Hackett.
