A teenager from Holbeach St Marks has admitted making hundreds of indecent images of children.
Joseph Orbell, 18, of Strawberry Fields Drive, admitted making a total of 782 still and 16 moving images of children between January 2015 and March 2019.
Prosecuting at Boston Magistrates Court, Michael Little said police executed a search warrant at Orbell’s home on March 5, 2019 after receiving information that indecent photographs had been loaded from his computer onto a website.
He said Orbell immediately admitted having indecent images on his various devices and images were found on an i-phone, i-pad and his personal computer.
Mr Little said of the 782 images, 102 still and two videos were of the most serious category A type.
He said officers also found evidence of inernet searches for under age girls.
The magistrates were told that Orbell was only just turned 18 and had been a ‘very young age’ when the offences were committed between 2015 and 2019.
The magistrates sent Orbell to Lincoln Crown Court for sentence on a date to be arranged and he was granted unconditional bail.
He was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register and ordered to report to a police station within three days.
