Pupils at Ayscoughfee Hall School learned about a new culture with a visit to Spalding restaurant The Spice Affair.

Headteacher Clare Ogden said: “The children in year five had a wonderful time when they visited The Spice Affair in Spalding.

“They learnt about the places and culture of Goa.

“The children loved making naan bread and afterwards enjoyed a delicious meal of rice, potatoes and chicken tikka masala.

“The children have written some lovely letters to the restaurant owner to say thank you.”
