Sutton Bridge Golf Club’s Ladies’ Open AM/AM is up Ramsey’s street

Ramsey Golf Club quartet Dawn Robinson, Mary Mills, Gina Cameron and Sheena Bentham were the winners of Sutton Bridge Golf Club’s Ladies’ Open Day AM/AM event.

Their score of 80 points was enough to edge Anita Robinson, Jan Brown, Wendy Castle and Jane Leigh (Kirby Muxloe, Cosby and Humberstone Heights) into second by one point, with Ros

Humphrey, Gail Arnold, Margaret Butt and Penny Gilbert (March GC) in third on 76 points.

The Twos Competition was won by Castle and Pat Richardson (Searles GC).

Castle also won the nearest to the pin prize (four feet), while Margaret Butt (March) won the nearest to the line gone.
