Survey on ‘Do Not Resuscitate’ order

A health group is looking to speak to people who have had or know someone who has had a ‘Do Not Resuscitate’ order placed on them or reviewed during the current pandemic.

HW Lincs has teamed up with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to undertake a survey for people who have had or known someone who had a Do Not Attempt to Resuscitate (DNACPR) order put in place or reviewed between March 2020 and now.

You can fill out the survey here. The closing date is this Thursday (January 14).

A spokesman for HW Lincs, said: “The timescale to gather survey responses is short and we need to make sure we capture as many experiences as possible.

“The survey is completely anonymous and asks for no personal details other than a person’s local town.

“The survey is short and is mainly tick box responses, however there is opportunity for people to share their story in more detail if they wish.”

For more information or advice on obtaining this survey in an alternate format please contact Tom Cassidy, HWLincs Contract & Support Worker on 01205 820892 ext.304 or 07436581998 or email:  [email protected]
