Survey on county council’s health services

Your views are being sought on health services surrounding physical and learning disabilities, autism and mental health in Lincolnshire.

Health group HWLincs has teamed up with the county council to ask people about the authority’s services including Wellbeing Lincs, One You Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire Carers Service and Connect to Support.

A HW Lincs spokesman said: “There is a short survey that we would like you to complete to tell us if you have heard about these services and if you have used them, what you think about these services and did they meet your needs?”

The survey can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/5WGPKM9 If you need assistance completing this survey email: tim@hwlincs.co.uk or call 07436 581995
