Survey launched on how local care homes have dealt with COVID-19 pandemic

A group that aims to be the voice of the Lincolnshire public in healthcare wants to hear from you about how local care homes have dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic.

HW Lincs says care home deaths in Lincolnshire are the lowest in the country and has launched a survey and is looking for care home staff, residents and their families to talk to them about care in the last few weeks.

A spokesman for HW Lincs, said: “As we are aware headline news is suggesting that COVID19 is a major issue in our care homes (although thankfully Lincolnshire has the least amount of cases in our care homes than anywhere in the UK).

“It is important we hear first-hand the experiences of carers, families and most importantly the people in receipt of home care or living in residential care.

“We invite you to complete our COVID-19 Care Home and Home Care Survey.

“We have two ways in which the survey can be completed: via the link or on our Facebook page.

“Your support with this is very much appreciated.”
