Rising Saracen’s Head star Ben Stafford will tick a big box of his racing wish list this weekend when he competes on his home track at Cadwell Park in the Pirelli National 600 Superstock Championship.

Fresh off the back of fine finishes of 15th and ninth at Oulton Park and Thruxton in recent weeks, Stafford will be bidding for more of the same on his Silicone Engineering machine.

Qualifying one takes place on Saturday morning, with the second session on Sunday. Race day is on Monday, with Stafford again hunting for championship points.

It is hoped that Stafford’s friends and family will be in attendance at the Louth-based track to cheer the teenager on.

Meanwhile, Stafford was at the Ulster GP in Belfast last weekend, acting as mechanic for team-mate Russ Mountford, who finished eighth.
