Summer of live music and BBQ grub at the Bowl

commitment brothers croppedIt’s going to be a massive summer at The Punchbowl – or that’s the plan as the Spalding town centre pub launches its programme of barbecue and bands.

What it means is that you can sit back and relax, listen to some top live music while tucking in to a banger or burger from the barbecue.

Last Sunday saw the season kick off with music from Identity Crisis and this week it’s the turn of Undercover.

The fun starts each week at 4pm and goes through until 7pm.

And there’s plenty more where that came from, with live bands lined up every Sunday until September 7.

On June 29, the music will be provided by the Commitment Brothers (pictured) and the following week, July 6, will be Killing Time.

Other bands lined up include Gin House (July 13), Soul Runners (July 20), Grounded (July 27).
