Colleagues sponsored a Spalding worker to shave her head to raise money for charity.
Sue Sells, from Bakkavor Salads Spalding, has raised more than £2,000 by losing her long, dark locks to fundraise for breast cancer charity, Wear it Pink.
Her hair was expertly removed by her son Keagan Goodwin, who works at Spalding’s Image International salon.
Sue has worked for Bakkavor for more than ten years.
She was sponsored by her colleagues, the staff shop and Bakkavor Salads’ site employee forum.
Sue said: “This is a fantastic cause close to my heart and I’m delighted that with the help of my colleagues, we have raised so much for such a worthwhile cause.
“Now I just have to get used to my new haircut as the days get colder!”
Breast Cancer Awareness month is held every October and is celebrated by the flagship Wear it Pink day when thousands of people wear something pink in order to fundraise for ground-breaking breast cancer research.
Each year, Wear it Pink raises over £2 million during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
