Successful day for Spalding amateur radio society

More than 500 visitors came from as far as Scotland to attend the Spalding and District Amateur Radio Society annual rally.
The popular event is one of the largest of its kind in the country.
The society’s Jim Scott said: “That’s no mean achievement for such a small, local club.”
The weather allowed traders to set up outside at the Sir John Gleed School, Spalding, as well as in two halls with stalls full of electronic items of interest to radio amateurs.
