Static homes application for Spalding site off A16

An application for planning permission has been submitted for a static home park on land off Spalding Drove.

In the application, the number of static homes the site would accomodate is stated as “to be determined” but spaces for two car parking spaces per home has been detailed.

The design and access statement says one-, two- and three-bed static homes each with its own private amenity space is proposed.

The statement says: “Spalding does not have a static home park which is invaluable in enabling access to the housing market for lower paid workers”.

The site is by the A16 and access is proposed past Clay Lake Caravan Site.
