It’s not as far away as you might think, and Long Sutton will be hosting some family friendly Christmas events.
Both Father and Mother Christmas will be in their grotto on Sunday, December 11 from 1pm in the parish church.
There will also be fairground rides for younger visitors to enjoy. Spalding Brass Band will provide the music.
St Mary’s Church will also be the venue for a Christmas craft fair from 1pm-4pm.
The Market House will be holding its Christmas Table Top Sale on Saturday, December 10 from 9.30am to 12.30pm, and there wil be plenty of gift ideas. Santa will also be making a visit during the morning.
There will also be the annual Christmas lighting event during the evenings of December, 16, 17 and 18.
The displays of lighting and images will be both inside and outside the church.
