Spalding RFC welcome rock-bottom St Neots as they look to close in on the top four

Spalding RFC are hoping to get back on the field this Saturday as they prepare for the visit of rock-bottom St Neots (2.15pm).

Town were without a game last weekend after their trip to Rushden and Higham became one of the many matches to fall foul of Storm Dennis.

The Elephants are currently sixth in the Midlands Three East (South) standings, just seven points off the top four.

St Neots, meanwhile, have yet to win in the league this season.

Saturday’s result: Oakham 15 Bourne 10.

Saturday’s fixtures (2.15pm): Bourne v Queens; Daventry v Oakham; Spalding v St Neots; Stamford v Rushden & Higham; Stockwood Park v Huntingdon; Northampton BBOB v Dunstablians.
