Spalding racer Chris caps top season with special mention from Karting Magazine

Teenage Spalding race ace Christopher Whitton has enjoyed another stellar season on the Junior TKM Super One scene.

The Sir John Gleed School racer placed second as a rookie in the series, an achievement dubbed “astonishing” by renowned publication Karting Magazine.

Whitton, who is tipped to be amongst the title favourites next season, was also given a special mention by the magazine in its Super One Series end of year review.

He finished just behind overall champion Matthew Graham (Flex Motorsport) and edged Matthew Taylor (Jade Karts) into third position.
