Spalding Gymnastic Club’s summer camp is another resounding success

Spalding Gymnastic Club’s popular summer camp is proving a huge hit once again.

Close to 75 youngsters have been taking part in the beginner sessions at the club’s academy Cradge Bank, which are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Under the watchful eye of head coach Alec Harding and club coach Carole Harding, the children are introduced to the equipment – including vault, bar, beam, trampette and the rings.

The afternoons are then reserved for more advanced performers.

This is a chance for the gymnasts to progress further and get ready for the competitions that lie ahead. The camp runs until August 19.
