Spalding enjoys a taste of Hollywood at Dishonoured premiere

It was a night to be proud of as the newly-discovered stars gathered for the premiere of South Holland’s first full-length feature film.

Spalding’s South Holland Centre cinema was packed to the rafters last night (Tuesday) for the sell-out showing of Dishonoured – the action thriller filmed with a cast and crew of local people.
The film featured familiar locations in Spalding, Holbeach, Long Sutton, Crowland and Fleet.
Steph Genovese, whose brainchild the film was and who takes the lead role, admitted to being nervous ahead of the screening, but there was no need as the credits rolled to huge applause.
Whooping and clapping greeted the film’s main characters as they made their first appearances on screen, and the special effects on some of the film’s goriest scenes were met with appreciation.
Afterwards, some of the film’s cast and crew took to the stage to take questions from the audience.
Steph confirmed he has had interest in Dishonoured, and a rom com and Dishonoured 2 are already on the cards.
