South Lincs duo help county shine as Hannah smashes swimming record

South Lincs Competitive Swimming Club had two of their swimmers selected to represent Lincolnshire in the Junior Inter Counties Championships which was held at Luton Sports Village on Sunday.

Dusty Saines (12 years and Under age group) was chosen for the 100m backstroke and Hannah Willis (aged 10 Years and Under) for 50m backstroke.

Hannah also competed in the freestyle relay and medley relay for her age group.

Both girls swam really well and their performances helped to see Lincolnshire gain an awesome fifth position overall.

Hannah’s performance also saw her break the long course county record for 50m backstroke in a time of 37.32 seconds.
