Weather permitting, there’s a chance of some football in South Holland this weekend.
The ChromaSport PDFL is running a reduced fixture list on Saturday, with a derby between Moulton Harrox Reserves and Crowland Town Reserves set to go ahead.
The 2pm kick off at Broad Lane is able to be played due to both clubs being in Tier 3 of the Government restrictions.
Spectators will be allowed to attend, but there will be no bar open and social distancing measures will be in place. Refreshments will be available, however.
Two other ‘all Tier 3’ games are also pencilled in to be played in Division Five. Sutton Bridge United will host Deeping United Reserves while Holbeach Bank will visit Rippingale and Folkingham Reserves (both 2pm).
Restrictions will prevent all other South Holland sides from being in action.
In the Boston League, Spalding Harriers are due to visit FC Hammers (2pm), Holbeach Bank can host Swineshead Institute A (2pm) and Pinchbeck United Sports go to Mareham United (also 2pm).
