Snowdrop walks

St Mary’s Church in Whaplode is once again holding its popular Snowdrop Walks.

Visitors can experience thousands of snowdrops in their natural setting in a secluded area of the churchyard, where there are also some very attractive aconites.

Walks take place from 11.30am to 3.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, February 20 and 21 and Saturday and Sunday, February 27 and 28.

There will also be a craft fair at Whaplode Village Hall on Saturday, February 27, from 10am to 4pm.

Refreshments will be available in the Heraldic Suite and there will be a chance to enjoy a guided tour of the church and learn about its 900 years of history.
